Christina offers therapy services to individuals and families who need a little extra help finding their way through life. She strives to provide exceptional services to her clients by allowing her clients to be in control of the therapy process. She is here to assist her clients in realizing their full potential in life, while navigating through the dark times life brings.
She focuses on developing healthy eating and sleep habits and the mental health services provided are tailored to the specific needs of each client, creating an approach that feels comfortable to every client. She is knowledgeable in the importance of the connection between nutrition and overall mental health and incorporates holistic techniques in her practice.
She works with children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues including, depression, anxiety, family issues, behavioral and emotional disturbances, plus relationship and interpersonal difficulties. With motivation and a little patience, Christina’s clients develop skills to handle life’s dark times, improve their eating and sleeping habits, become educated on the connection between the mind and body, build a greater confidence and self-esteem, and learn to develop healthy relationships with others.
